The symposium program and the scholars contributing papers have already been set. Given the fact that many noted scholars are preparing contributions that will be discussed, however, we expect that many other people with an interest in the substance of the symposium may wish to attend. If you are interested, you are welcome to attend and may, if time permits, participate in the conversations. As space is limited, however, we ask that you please register by clicking below and completing the short form that will appear when you do so.
[This conference has concluded and it is no longer possible to register]
We need this information to ensure that we can plan adequately for the number of people in attendance, including having proper name tags, enough chairs, enough coffee, and sufficient light fare for lunches. We expect there to be room for approximately 40 attendees over and above the organizers and main contributors. If too many people respond, we may have to close registration, so please register early if you are interested as registration will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. A waiting list will be established in this case, in case spaces open up because of cancellations.
Those planning to attend from out of town may wish to consult the information below on lodgings available in Hyde Park. They, too, are limited, but there are of course many regular hotels in the city where one may stay.
